The experts at Dental Mathi employ a special procedure to consider individual tooth passage geometries. They fully anatomically design crowns, bridges, and bar constructions, and then precisely shape the emergence profile at the gingival exit. This allows for the best possible cleaning and maximal achievable aesthetics of the anatomical crown.

The design of the emergence profile of the crown, bridge, or bar is one of the most important aspects for the durability and aesthetics of an implant restoration. Dental Mathi also has the ability to compensate for up to 35 degrees of divergence between the implant axis and the tooth axis.

Dental implants usually consist of a neck part (implant body) and a head part (abutment) that are screwed together. The implant body can be optimally anchored in the jawbone, while the superstructures of the prostheses are screwed, cemented, or bonded to the abutment. This means that healthy teeth may not need to be ground down, and loose dentures can be securely anchored.

Most commonly used implant systems offer abutments that are not adapted to the tooth root or tooth shape. However, Dental Mathi takes into account the individual tooth passage geometry and focuses on the anatomical design of the abutments using this method.
